We are creating a protein/chemical binding dataset to finally crack the drug design problem. Our assay allows us to screen millions of compounds against thousands of protein targets in the same tube, creating billions of measurements perfect for training machine learning models. In the same way that the ImageNet dataset enabled image recognition, our custom-built dataset will allow us to train larger and more sophisticated ML models to truly link a chemical's shape to its behavior in biological systems.
